Refund and Returns Policy

At YBJK, each piece is curated for its craftsmanship, rarity, and design excellence. Every order undergoes careful inspection prior to dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As most of our pieces are limited-edition or artisan-made, we maintain a strict yet fair return policy to protect both our creators and our customers.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, certificates of authenticity, and documentation are intact.
  • The product has not been custom-made, personalised, or altered in any form.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email our Client Services team at info@ybjkstore.co.uk with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return authorisation and detailed instructions.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval using a tracked and insured courier service.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees, duties, and transaction charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be granted for products showing signs of use, installation, or tampering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited nature of our inventory.
If you wish to purchase another item, please initiate a return (where eligible) and place a new order.

Items returned without prior authorisation

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
